​ The 2017 Corporate Women in Leadership Summit Gabon sets the Pace for Women Boosting each other!

 

 

After registering a huge success in Cameroon on the 17th of November 2017 at Pullman Douala Rabingha, The corporate women in leadership hosted another inspirational summit at the Radisson Blu Okoume Palace Hotel Libreville, Gabon as part of the Corporate Awards Gabon, 2017.


The summit held under the theme “SHE BOOSTS HER”with over 60 participants and 9 inspirational speakers in attendance. The speakers shared their experiences, professional challenges and strategies in a bid to inspire young female leaders of tomorrow's corporate world.

The conferencestarted at 10:00am with a program rundown by the MC, Alexandra Tiyouand a welcome address by MrsLetyEndeley,Executive director of the summit.


Itwas divided into 2 panels and the first panel deliberated on Collective Vs Competitive leadership methods for female leaders to adoptin order to help co- female workers grow their potentials. The second panel analysed possible threats that could affect peace and security at the work and how to handle these threats.


The first panel speakers were: Laetitia Ngeuma (Communication Director SUNU Assurance Gabon) Jeanne Esther Ngono (Service Director Airtel Gabon) and Adeline Sede K (Founder, FabAfriq Magazine and The Corporate Awards). The second panel speakers were: RaissaBoundono( Human resource Director,VocaleCentre Gabon) Cynthia Allogho (SUNU Assurance) Laetitia Mebaley (In charge of Communication and Public relations ANPI Gabon) and SylivieToure (Okoume Magazine).


The conference ended on a high note with a networking session between speakers and participants thus building momentum for The Corporate Awards 2017 in Gabon which took place later that evening at the Radisson BluOKoume Hotel.
