Cheese is an excellent source of calcium and nutrients that some people do not seem to get enough of. It helps your body in several ways, vitamin B 2 found in cheese helps in weight loss,it helps to boost your metabolism which enables a fast burning of fats in your system.when you lack this nutrient,the rate of fat burn in your system is slowed down making it easier for you to put on much weight as a result of fats accumulation
