​NEW AFRICAN WOMAN AWARDS: VIOLA LLEWELLYN NOMINATED AS NEW AFRICAN WOMAN IN BANKING.

 

The COO and co-founder of Ovamba Solutions Viola Llewellyn has been shortlisted by the New African Woman Committee as a nominee for the New African Woman Finance and Banking Category. The Awards ceremony is organised by the New African Woman magazine and will take place in conjunction with the New African Woman Forum, where Viola has been invited as a speaker. The theme of the Forum is “Changing the Game’.

The Awards ceremony will take place on the 10th of March at the Andaz Hotel Liverpool Street in London and is intended to recognise and celebrate with women on the continent making a difference. Team NAW believes that the future progress of Africa very much depends on the empowerment of her women in all sectors, as well as on women, making exceptional contributions to socioeconomic development of our continent while setting an example for generations of women to follow in their footsteps towards ‘Changing the Game’ (the theme of inaugural New African Woman Forum, taking place in conjunction scheduled on the 11th March). This inaugural edition is set to be one of the most prestigious Awards globally dedicated to recognising the achievements of African women.
